Special Brunch Plate (choose one):

• Brioche chicken bun: Slightly sweet brioche bread filled with low-temperature chicken, spinach, yellow pepper, red onion and chipotle sauce
• Pesto salmon brioche: Brioche bread filled with house-smoked salmon, pickled beetroot, poached egg and homemade pistachio pesto sauce
• Benedict eggs: Brioche with smoked salmon or avocado, pumpkin and turmeric hollandaise sauce, served with nuts and chives
• Turkish eggs: Free-range eggs cooked at low temperature with mint yoghurt, hollandaise sauce, granola, basil oil, and a spicy kick
• Warm chicken salad: Chicken breast with spinach salad, brown rice, roasted vegetables, feta cheese and curry and mango sauce
• Unusual pasta salad: Whole wheat macaroni with spinach, feta cheese, peas, lentils, beetroot, sun-dried tomato and homemade citrus vinaigrette
• Pumpkin pancakes (3 units): Homemade gluten-free pancakes with roasted pumpkin, fresh fruit, agave syrup and seeds
