Description
A deadly mountaineering expedition has left three climbers dead. In extreme conditions, with oxygen running low and time running out, the expedition leader made a decision that would determine who might survive the descent. Now, he stands accused as the one responsible for the tragedy. The prosecution argues reckless leadership. The defense insists there was no choice but survival. For anyone who has ever stepped on a trail, this case hits home. As a juror of the court, you must decide if the leader’s choice was a necessary act of survival or a reckless betrayal of his fellow hikers. Throughout the trial, you’ll analyze the trek’s timeline, examine the evidence from the slopes, and question every motive. If you’ve ever faced a difficult climb, you’ll know: when the mountain turns against you, every choice counts. When the pressure was at its highest, did he do what he had to do — or did he go too far? The decision is yours.
