In a fast-paced, digitalized world, this experience is a conscious pause. A safe space to ask yourself: How is your earth? Your water? Your air? Your fire?

For 60 minutes, you’ll explore the energy of each element and its reflection in your own being. It’s not a work to observe but an experience to live, built through your senses. Here, you create the story.
