• DUCK BAO: Crispy duck, leek, spring onion and cucumber bao with hoisin sauce for an irresistible sweet and salty taste.
• SQUID BAO: Tempurated squid, lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayo-kimchi sauce.
• TORO BAO: Powerful oxtail served with lettuce, fried onion, cilantro and our authentic mayo sauce.
• PULL BAO: Pulled pork, cucumber, Chinese chives, cilantro, fried onion and spicy mayo sauce
• WASABI TIGER: Tempura tiger prawns, lettuce, chives with Japanese mayonnaise and wasabi
