Description
The workshop is led by chef Nacho Morell, who has been living in Mallorca for over 10 years working as a private chef on yachts and Mediterranean estates and with a strong influence of Nikkei cuisine after his time at restaurants such as Sumaq and Piruw. With him we will explore the universe of cold cuisine, travelling from the traditional to the more creative, Nacho will share technique, experience and passion in a practical and tasty session that includes lunch and access to the ART Lab Festival.
