Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same method you chose before purchasing. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's very simple: just tap 'Transfer tickets' on the ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, you can contact us. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket if there are at least 24 hours remaining before the event. To do this, you need to contact us and provide the ticket ID linked to your purchase (this is a unique code you received when buying your ticket, which can be found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether there is a change option in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app. If so, you'll see a 'Change date and/or time' button, simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that under no circumstances will money be refunded. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not given under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions. You can also purchase a flexible cancellation option, in which case different rules will apply. You can find more information below.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket gives you the option to request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the event. This option applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel a flexible cancellation ticket by submitting a request. This must be done at least 48 hours before the start of the experience. You'll just need to contact us. Please note that once a ticket has been transferred to someone else, it can no longer be returned.
What documents do I need to provide to cancel my ticket?
No documents need to be provided to get a refund or exchange your ticket.
How do I request a refund?
To get a refund for your ticket, you need to contact us. You'll be refunded the full ticket price, minus the 10% surcharge paid when purchasing the flexible ticket.
If I decide to request a refund, how long will it take and how will I receive it?
If you used a payment card or PayPal account when purchasing, the full ticket price will be refunded to your account. Please note that it may take 10 days or more for the money to appear on your statement. If you purchased your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the 'Vouchers' section of the app. Please note that this voucher is not the same as the Fever Club wallet.
If I decide to exchange my ticket, when will I receive the new one?
As soon as you submit your request, you'll receive a voucher with a value matching your purchase amount. With this voucher, you can return to the same event and buy a ticket again, choosing a new date and/or time.
Can I choose a different event when exchanging my ticket?
If you choose an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase a ticket for the same event.
What are the different seating zones?
The space is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Attendees will be seated in order, according to the zone chosen.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to make sure you can sit together.
Is there an age limit for attendees?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold on site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. Anyone arriving less than 5 minutes before the event starts will not be admitted. Latecomers will not be allowed in out of respect for the performers and other attendees.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Attendees who will need assistance during the event are entitled to request one free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Get in touch with us and provide proof that you need a ticket for your carer. Once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher which you can use in the Fever app to get a free carer's ticket (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to bring both your regular ticket and this carer's ticket with you to the venue.
Will food and drinks be available to buy on site?
Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be available to buy at this event.
Can I leave the concert hall during the event?
Out of respect for the musicians and other listeners, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where it can sometimes be difficult to regulate the temperature. We do everything we can to ensure comfort, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing appropriately so you can enjoy the event.
What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions negatively affect the event in any way (requiring a change of venue or postponement), rest assured that we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event venue. The only exception is for assistance animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience cannot be held at a wheelchair accessible venue. We strive to make all our experiences inclusive, so we recommend checking out other experiences available in your city.
