What are the ticket types?
Tickets are available for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: all tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or personal assistant?
Guests who need assistance throughout the event can request one free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. The guest who needs assistance must hold a valid ticket before applying. Once you've bought your ticket, get in touch with us and provide a document confirming your disability.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to buy your ticket. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
If you're travelling by public transport, head to Vilnius central station: from there it's just a 15-minute walk to the venue.

No, food will not be available for purchase.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
No, the venue is not currently adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, when permitted by the musicians.

Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat during the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be shown to your seat in your chosen zone. The concert starts on time, so the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if the event can't go ahead due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect the event in any way (a change of venue or a postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to any other Fever account: just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, get in touch with us and provide your ticket ID.
Are the candles real flames?
For visitors' safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
