Description
The Art of Pausing is a one-day experience designed for people who need to slow down, lower their pace, and reconnect with the body, senses, and presence—without having to go far or do a traditional spiritual retreat.

During a full Saturday in a house surrounded by nature just minutes from Madrid, you will experience a sequence of activities designed to help you let go: from mind to body, and from body to silence.

The day begins with a calm welcome to leave rush behind and gently enter a new rhythm. From there, a creative and hands-on space with clay opens up: a sensory, free, and non-technical workshop where you create with your hands without expectations or outcomes, simply from feeling.

At midday, we share a sensory wine tasting accompanied by a carefully curated, informal meal. This is not a technical or educational tasting: wine is used as an excuse to sharpen the senses, share, savor, and be present—without judgments or prior knowledge.

In the afternoon, the experience continues with a mindful walk and an immersion in guided silence. A space with no phones, no writing, and no stimuli, safely supported, where you can simply be and observe what arises when there is nothing to do.

The day closes with a moment of voluntary sharing and farewell, integrating what has been experienced with calm. The Art of Pausing is not a workshop, a tasting, or a typical retreat.

It is a contemporary ritual of pause, designed for sensitive, curious, or simply tired-of-noise people seeking a deep, aesthetic, and human experience. Ideal if you feel everything is moving too fast and you need to truly pause, even if just for a day.
