How does seating assignment and zoning work?

Answer

The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at La Casa de la Luz, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

Question 3

Can tickets be bought at the La Casa de la Luz box office?

Answer

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at La Casa de la Luz. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.

Will there be food and drink service at La Casa de la Luz?

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

Answer

Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.

Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Inborn Law in Murcia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Question 9

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Inborn Law in Murcia?

You'll find your digital tickets in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) under the "Tickets" tab. Remember to log in with the same account you used for the purchase. If you prefer, you also have your QR code in the confirmation email we sent you. Don't worry about printing them; having them on your phone is enough.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

Can tickets for Candlelight: The Inborn Law be gifted?

Answer

Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at La Casa de la Luz?

If there are spots available at La Casa de la Luz, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.

When will I receive the photo?

Choose your favorite pose for the instant print. While you're enjoying the music, our team will be preparing it for you to take home. Make sure to pick it up before you leave - we can't store it afterwards!

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

When you pass the entrance control at La Casa de la Luz, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

Are pets or animals allowed in La Casa de la Luz? What about service animals?

Answer

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
