Spoon Dinner is a creative gastronomic experience that offers a new way to enjoy haute cuisine. In this special edition, the experience takes on a new perspective through the collaboration with Soul Brasil Cuisine, bringing Brazilian ingredients as inspiration for a selection of creations that explore different combinations and flavor possibilities.

The journey begins with a 5-spoon tasting – 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert – where guests are challenged to discover the ingredients and combinations of each creation before the chef’s reveal.

After this sensory step, guests choose one of the main courses to enjoy in its full version, plated, deepening the experience. To finish, the dessert is served on a plate, ending the night memorably.
