About the venueLittle Golden Hall

The Little Golden Hall is a late Baroque festival hall of the former Augsburg Jesuit College St. Salvator. What makes the room so special: The ceiling fresco created by Matthäus Günther in 1765 and the stucco work crafted by Johann M. Feichtmayr.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place at the Kleiner Goldener Saal (Jesuitengasse 12, 86152 Augsburg), north of the cathedral. Please don't confuse the Kleiner Goldener Saal with the Goldener Saal at Augsburg's town hall.

Will food and drinks be available?

Only drinks are sold on site; food is not available.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.

Does the venue have accessible access?

Yes. Please send us a short email in advance to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything accordingly.

Is there parking available?

No, there's no parking available. We recommend travelling by public transport.

What is "Candlelight Photo" and how does it work?

"Candlelight Photo" is an optional add-on offering an exclusive photo experience in a dedicated area, with a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. It can be purchased on site until sold out (card payment only); guests who book it online together with their concert ticket are given priority over those buying on site. The photoshoot usually takes place after the concert. You'll prove your booking with a QR code sent separately by email. You must collect your printed photos on site before leaving the venue — no refund or rescheduling is available afterwards. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
