• Iberian ham, crystal coca with tomato and AOVE, cheese, Iberian cold cuts and nuts station, Mediterranean smoked meats (salmon, cod) and pickles, beef steak tartare with carasau bread, selection of seasonal cups (hummus, corvina ceviche, burrata cream with pesto and dried tomato), oysters from the Delta del Ebro with toppings, savory croissant rolls with pastram

Sweet buffet:

• NY rolls filled with chocolate or pistachio, plum cakes and artisanal cookies, assorted cakes (Red Velvet, Sacher, American Carrot), breads, grisines, organic jams and butters, caramelized french toasts, mini pastries, petit fours and macarons, chia pudding cups and yoghurt with red fruits, strawberries and fresh seasonal fruit.
