♿ Accessibility: The venue is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Eligible guests who require an Essential Companion ticket must complete their main ticket purchase first then email their ACCESS Card ID number (or other accreditation ID number/reference) to accessevents@kew.org. Please ensure you include your Christmas at Kew booking reference and the date, time and gate booked.
Once the ID number has been verified and confirmed as valid, an Essential Companion ticket will be emailed to you. You are not required to send a visual or scan of your card, or any other personal data.
You will also be asked to show your eligible ID to our ticketing team on the night of your visit.
🚗 The only gate available for early access sessions is the Victoria Gate, Should you require parking, the National Archives car park is available to book. Brentford Gat car park is reserved only for those with Brentford Gate tickets. There are also blue badge parking bays in the vicinity of Victoria Gate.
❗When arriving at Victoria Gate for these sessions, please make yourself known to one of our Christmas at Kew staff. We ask that other visitors respect the quiet sessions and do not book during these limited time slots
