Albrechtsberg Palace, whose representative rooms provide a perfect setting for exclusive events, is considered the most significant building of late classicism in Saxony. Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue; you need to buy them in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the concert are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. To get this, you first need a valid ticket of your own; then send us proof via the Fever support contact form.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event. To do this, contact Fever support with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find further details in the terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected events), you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You'll get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the event. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to someone else.
What documents do I need to provide for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

How do I get to the venue?
We recommend using public transport: the nearest stop is Elbschlösser (bus EV11), less than 500 m away on foot. If you're coming by car, the address is Bautzner Straße 130, 01099 Dresden.
Will there be food and drinks?
Drinks are available to purchase at the bar on site.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals. If you're coming with an assistance animal, please fill in the Fever support form in advance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time, and no entry is possible once it has started.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects the event, for example through a change of location or a postponement, we'll let you know in advance by email.
How are seats allocated? Can I sit with friends?
You'll automatically be assigned the best available seat within your chosen price zone. To sit together, buy all tickets in the same order. Once assigned, seats cannot be changed afterwards or on site.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just use the "Transfer tickets" option on your ticket in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used when purchasing. You'll also find the QR code in your confirmation email, so there's no need to print anything.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
