Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

There is a bar onsite with drinks for purchase.

Is parking available?

Complimentary visitor parking is available to the north of the main entrance.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

There is an accessible entrance and restroom. Zones A and C each have around 15 ADA seats available. For questions about seating, contact us at hello@feverup.com.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (Premium visibility), Zone B (Great visibility) and Zone C (Good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within your zone.
