What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for three zones: A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets aren't available on-site; you buy them in advance via the Fever app or the website feverup.com.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. At the entrance, your Fever ticket in the app or in the confirmation email is enough.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need support throughout the whole event, you'll get a free ticket for your personal assistant or carer. To do this, you first need a valid ticket yourself; you then submit proof via the Fever support contact form.
Is there an age restriction?
The minimum age is 8 years. People under 16 only have access when accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are possible, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. To do this, contact Fever support via the contact form and provide your ticket ID. A refund isn't possible.
Where does the concert take place?
At the historic Salles de Pologne, Hainstraße 16/18, 04109 Leipzig.
How do I get to the venue?
By tram (lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14 and 15) to the Goerdelerring stop, from there it's about 200 m on foot. By regional or long-distance train, travel to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (0.8 km, about 11 minutes' walk) and take the tram from there. The airport is 22 km away, the exhibition centre 8 km, the A14 and A9 motorways 13 km each, and the A38 14 km.
When should I arrive?
Entry begins 45 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started isn't possible.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets aren't allowed, without exception. If you need to bring an assistance animal, contact Fever support via the contact form.
Is there food and drink?
Drinks are available on-site at the bar.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No. Food and drink brought from outside, including small snacks, are not allowed.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval.

Yes, the venue is accessible.
Is parking available?
There are two car parks nearby: Parkhaus Höfe am Brühl (Brühl 1, 04109 Leipzig, around 100 m away; navigation destination: Parkhauseinfahrt am Hallischen Tor) and Tiefgarage Marktgalerie (Thomasgasse 2, 04109 Leipzig, around 200 m away; entrance via Thomaskirchhof). From the west, you can reach both via the A9 (Leipzig-West exit), and from the east via the A14 (Leipzig-Mitte exit).
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
According to the musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and always without flash.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the whole performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Only in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
When should I arrive to get a seat in my zone?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time and everyone must be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the audience.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. It's best to arrive in good time; the team will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge, to any other Fever account: in the Fever app, select the "Transfer tickets" option on your ticket. If you need help, contact Fever support via the contact form and provide your ticket ID.
Where do I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (on the Apple App Store and Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to purchase. The QR code is also in your confirmation email; you don't need to print anything.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
