Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free to anyone you like. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can request a date and/or time change up to 24 hours before the event; contact us with your ticket number. Without a flexible cancellation ticket, no refund is granted under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before it starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with numbered seating.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No food is sold at the venue, but drinks can be purchased at the bar inside the theatre.
Is parking available?
There is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not driving there yourself.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us after purchasing your own ticket, with supporting documentation.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event takes place at a venue with disability access.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
When should I arrive at the venue?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event to take your seat. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets in the same category, you can sit next to each other; arriving early makes seating easier.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all the candles are flameless (electric/battery-powered).
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets can only be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website; no tickets are sold at the venue.
What happens if bad weather affects the event?
If weather affects your experience in any way (such as a venue change or postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
