Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. As specific lift time slots are reserved for Candlelight, plan to arrive at the foot of the Eiffel Tower at least 1 hour before the start to get through security: meeting time is 5pm for the 6pm concert, and 7:30pm for the 8:30pm concert.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and over, and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling out the dedicated form and sending us the supporting documents.

Is this venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

No, unfortunately the Salon Gustave Eiffel doesn't have sufficient capacity to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel (18 Av. de Suffren) and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel (25 Quai Branly).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

The concert takes place at the Salon Gustave Eiffel, on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, on the Champ de Mars, at 5 Avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris.

How do I get to the venue?

There's excellent public transport nearby: metro line 6 (Bir Hakeim), line 8 (École Militaire) or line 9 (Trocadéro); RER C (Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel); buses 30, 42, 72 and 82 (Tour Eiffel stop). Enter through the pillar marked with a Candlelight sign — there's plenty of signage at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
