Great musicians!

This was my first candelight experience and it was really great! The acoustics of the venue made the music sound well. The musicians performed perfectly and I liked how they gave some introductions before each song. Would go again!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

No food and beverages will be sold in the venue. Pre-sealed bottled water is allowed in.

Is parking available?

There are 2 public lots near the venue, one on Yesler Way and another off 18th Ave, each with multiple spots. Street parking is also available.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

The venue is ADA compliant. Zone C has 4 dedicated ADA wheelchair accessible spaces.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
