Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store). Log in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
Premium Zone (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility), and Zone B (average visibility).
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds available?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more details.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use it. Please contact us with any questions, making sure to mention your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before it starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need a ticket for the person assisting me?
Yes — anyone who needs assistance during the event is entitled to a free companion ticket. Contact us with proof of the need, and we'll provide a code to buy the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You'll need to show both tickets at entry.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early; seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers cannot be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early to improve your chances of sitting together.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
At Auditorium Santa Giulia, Via Giovanni Piamarta 4, 25121 Brescia BS — a 15-minute walk from the Vittoria metro stop (also reachable by bus or car), and a 10-minute walk from the Arnaldo Park car park.
Will food or drinks be available to buy?
Unfortunately not — neither food nor drinks will be available.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, the venue doesn't have its own parking; we suggest getting there by public transport or other sustainable options.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with mobility disabilities.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Phones must be on silent mode for the entire show.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever account — remember to check your spam folder too.
