Le Normandy invites you to a timeless evening with a candlelit dinner and live music. Upon arrival, a glass of champagne will be offered to you, followed by a unique menu designed as a gastronomic journey. • Trio of Amuse-Bouches: Red tuna, ponzu tagette Fried chicken, crème fraiche and black garlic Vacherin and Mont d’or tartlet
• Starter: Scallops, truffle butter, parsnips in two textures and brunoise of granny smith apples
