Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change or get a refund for my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors at St. Andrew's United Church, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Light fare and beverages are available, but must be finished before entering the Sanctuary; only bottled water is allowed inside.

Is parking available?

Yes, there are parking spaces in the lot next to the church, as well as street parking nearby on Wesley Street.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, this venue has disability access through the side door on Wesley Street.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance.
