Description

On December 31, we will gather to bid farewell to 2025 as it deserves: with sparkle, laughter, music, and a show that will ignite every emotion. It will be the night to say together: goodbye 2025, goodbye to unrequited love, and goodbye to hard times, because what lies ahead deserves to find us with light hearts and ready to enjoy.

Salad
Roasted fig salad (roasted figs with Roquefort cheese, pine nuts, and port reduction) with mixed lettuces.

Soup
Eggplant and mushroom cream soup (a delicious combination of both ingredients, served with a Parmesan cheese crouton).

Main Course
Beef filet with Béarnaise sauce, served with vegetables, tender baby corn, and cauliflower purée.

Dessert
“Citrus Dawn” (a delicious pistachio and almond cake with fresh orange cream, topped with mint) or “Classic Desire” (the classic Red Velvet cake with a creamy cheese and cherry filling). Served alternately, 50% and 50%.
