Do I need to print out my ticket?

It is not necessary. It is validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start. Contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not accepted.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge. Tap the "Transfer tickets" button on your ticket in the Fever app.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to buy). You will also receive the QR code in your confirmation email.

When should I arrive?

At least 30 minutes before the start of the show. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated wheelchair zone.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the finale of the show and without flash.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types available?

We have different zones depending on visibility: zone A, the closest to the stage, then zone B and zone C, which are further away.
