Description
Woman Experiences presents “The Intimate Side of Frida Kahlo Never Seen Before”, an immersive production arriving in London to reveal the artist from a profound and emotional perspective. Created in collaboration with the United Nations and aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality, this project seeks to honour women who have transformed history through courage, creativity, and resistance.
Frida Kahlo stands as a symbol of resilience in a time when being a recognised female painter seemed nearly impossible — when personal expression challenged social norms and a woman’s independence was often questioned. She dared to dream and succeeded in becoming one of the most influential artists in the world. Her legacy continues to inspire generations globally.
If you choose the Show + Gastro experience, you will also enjoy a culinary journey through authentic Mexican flavours, recreating the essence of her wedding celebration. The carefully curated five-course tasting menu, paired with tequila and mezcal tastings, completes the evening in a vibrant atmosphere enhanced by live artistic performance.
