Great experience - the musicians were fantastic, the venue is intimate, and the storytelling added to the experience. As a piano player myself, I especially enjoyed the pianist who was genuinely fantastic, along with some great lines from the Sax player, and even some scatting along with powerful vocals from the singer!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: General Admission (seated). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages before and during the experience.
Can I purchase food on-site?
No, food isnā€™t available for purchase on-site.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You donā€™t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. Private shows and tickets for large groups (30+ people) can also be booked.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Situated in a typical London cellar beneath The Phoenix Theatre, The Phoenix Arts Club currently does not have step-free access. Collaborating with the building landlord for improvements, we presently follow wheelchair 'carry-down' procedures per HM Government Guidelines. Electric wheelchairs can be securely stored at ground level. Please email customercare@phoenixartsclub.com with any questions and our venue will do their best to help accommodate.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the start time of the experience for guests to have a drink and enjoy the space.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available on-site, which are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

This experience takes place at an indoor venue.

There is no parking available on-site.

We welcome assistance dogs into the venue. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing an assistance dog with you. If necessary, we can find a space away from the performance for your dog to stay.

Guests will be able to take photos and/or videos of the experience during the last song of the show. Our on-site staff will make a pre-show announcement to inform guests of this.
