Do I need to print my ticket?
No, we can scan your ticket electronically on your phone. However, to make the map easier to read, you can print out your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you wish to make the change, please contact us and include the entry identifier associated with your purchase (what is the entry identifier?). You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the 'Change date and/or time' button will appear. Follow the steps provided in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are allowed in any case. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
How long does the experience last?
The immersive virtual reality experience lasts about 45 minutes. However, please allow about 1 hour total as you will need to drop off your personal belongings and pick up/return equipment.
Where is the experience located?
We are located inside Costanera Center, at Av. Andrés Bello 2425, Providencia, Santiago de Chile. You'll find us on the ground floor, right between Jardín de Hadas and Entel. Costanera Center is one of the most accessible locations in the city, directly connected to the Tobalaba metro station and offering multiple transportation and parking options.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue. You'll be nestled safely indoors where the air temperature is controlled—perfect for escaping the unpredictable whims of the outside world.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food or beverage will not be available for purchase inside the venue. However, Costanera Center has a number of food options.

The minimum age authorized in the immersive virtual reality expedition is 8 years old. This experience is however more adapted to children starting from 11 years old. All children are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s). This is for the children's safety.

Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the immersive expedition is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The venue is on the ground floor, the equipment is adapted, and the Costanera Center parking has spaces reserved for people with disabilities.
Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience?
No, unfortunately people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in our immersive virtual reality expedition.
