Roberto Ruiz, a prominent figure in contemporary Aztec gastronomy and the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin star in Europe, arrives in the city of Barcelona to expand his culinary vision in Spain. He redefines the perception of his gastronomic heritage through the Pacific’s influences, in a journey that began in 2021 with the openings of Barracuda MX in Madrid and Mantarraya MX in Marbella, followed by Can Chan Chán MX in 2023.
