Roberto Ruiz, a prominent figure in contemporary Aztec gastronomy and the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin star in Europe, arrives in the city of Barcelona to expand his culinary vision in Spain. He redefines the perception of his gastronomic heritage through the Pacific’s influences, in a journey that began in 2021 with the openings of Barracuda MX in Madrid and Mantarraya MX in Marbella, followed by Can Chan Chán MX in 2023. Now in Barcelona, Roberto once again fulfills his dream of bringing spice to exceptional Iberian products.
