    There is no car park at the venue. The nearest one is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), about a 4-minute walk away, with no covered walkway between them.

    Only Zone A is accessible to transferable wheelchair users; non-transferable wheelchairs cannot be accommodated because of tight spaces. Zones B, C and D are reached by stairs or steps, and Zones B and C are on level 3, which has no lift access.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: A, B, C and D. Zones B and C offer the same visibility, but Zone B has cushioned benches and Zone C has bar stools.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket; then contact support with documentation showing that you need assistance.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Go to the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and sign in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability, by contacting support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered.

The venue can be reached by car and by public transport.

There is no strict dress code, but you're encouraged to embrace the spirit of Middle-earth: dress as your favourite character or let the magic of the films inspire your look. Dress comfortably and bring a jacket, as the hall can get chilly.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
