What is "The Jury Experience"?
Experience a gripping courtroom drama in Vienna. In this interactive live theater show, you take on the role of a juror deciding the fate of the accused. Examine testimonies, forensic evidence, and all the details—and in the end, decide: guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 60–75 minutes, depending on the case. Please check the details in the ticket selector.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, drinks can be purchased at the in-house bar before the show.
Is there a coat check?
Yes. Bags larger than A4 are not permitted in the auditorium.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Photography is allowed during the show without a flash, but filming is not permitted. We recommend taking photos at the end during the acknowledgements.
Will strobe lights be used?
No.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Bringing a Service Animal".

What types of tickets are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my support person?
Yes. First purchase your own ticket and then contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Free ticket for support person".
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. In the Fever app, click on "Transfer tickets". If you have any questions, please contact us with your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket will be validated contactlessly in the Fever app.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the account you made the purchase with.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes of date and time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the show. A refund is not possible.

How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: via Hietzing (tram 10, 52, 16 or U4) or via Penzing (S-Bahn S45, S50).
When should I get there?
Entry begins 30 minutes before the start of the show. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start. Late entry is not permitted.
Is there a parking space?
The venue does not have its own parking spaces. There is a public parking garage within walking distance at Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Minimum age 12 years. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair accessible — there is a stair lift. There is no disabled-accessible toilet.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes.
Can I enter the show after it has started?
No, entry after the start is not possible.
