Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

St Anne's Cathedral, also known as Belfast Cathedral, is a Church of Ireland cathedral on Donegall Street, Belfast. It is unusual in the fact that it serves two separate dioceses and is the focal point of Belfast's Cathedral Quarter.

What are the different ticket types?
Seats are divided into zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance, you can apply for one free carer pass by sending proof of need through the support form, and you will then receive a voucher code. The carer ticket must be bought together with at least one other full-price ticket, and both the voucher and the tickets must be shown at the entrance. Accepted proof: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card with the +1 category.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately, and you can use it on the same experience.

What is Candlelight Photo?
Candlelight Photo is a photo session in a dedicated area before the concert, with one polaroid-style printed photo per purchase. You can buy it online or, while it is not sold out, at the venue (card payment only); online buyers have priority. The session ends 10 minutes before the concert, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Show the QR code from its separate email to the photographer. You choose your photo before it is printed and collect the print at the exit after the concert; prints that are not collected are not kept. Refunds are only given if the photo session is cancelled for internal reasons.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Only during the final piece, when the musicians indicate it, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance.
Can I leave during the performance?
No, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes before the start, so you can be seated in your zone. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the location changes or the event is postponed, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, using “Transfer Tickets” in the app. For help, contact support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All candles are flameless, for everyone's safety.
Is there a dress code?
There's no strict dress code, but you're encouraged to embrace the spirit of Middle-earth: dress as your favourite character or let the magic of the films inspire your look.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
