Wundervolles Erlebnis, das Ambiente des Schlosses und die Atmosphäre , die durch die Kerzen verbreitet wird ist einfach toll. Mega Titelauswahl und phantastisch umgesetzt. Sehr nettes Team, besonders der freundliche Rothaarige am Einlass war sehr zuvorkommend. Unbedingt empfehlenswert 🫶🏻👍

Eines der schönsten Konzerte, die wir bisher erleben durften. Nicht nur die Atmosphäre und Location waren traumhaft, auch die 4 Musiker und die Auswahl der Stücke waren wundervoll.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email; no printout is needed.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; please contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.

How long does the concert last?

Around 60 minutes, with no interval.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food and drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase at the on-site bar.

Is there parking?

There is only very limited public parking at the venue; we recommend travelling by public transport. Additional parking can be found nearby (e.g. at Lingnerschloss), a short walk from the castle.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Please send us the relevant supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket.

Does the venue have disability access?

The castle has limited accessibility but does have a disabled access route. We strongly recommend contacting the castle team before purchasing your ticket to discuss the on-site conditions; on arrival you must also inform the guard at the castle gate.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Our musicians ask that photos and videos only be taken during the final piece, and without flash.

Are the candles a fire hazard?

No, for everyone's safety all the candles are flameless.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be seated within your zone. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
