Discussion: Dirty Air

A way to engage your brain in the local boozer! Out with lager louts and in with beer brainiacs! The Pint of Science festival aims to deliver interesting and relevant talks on the latest science research in an accessible format to the public – all in the pub! This talk at The Battersea Barge is all about air pollution. There'll be two talks, the first held by Thomas Smith, Lecturer in Physical & Environmental Geography, concerns wildfire driven haze crises in Southeast Asia. The second talk by Benjamin Barratt, Lecturer in Air Quality Science, and David Green, Deputy Air Quality Monitoring Manager, will concentrate on air polution in London. Stimulate your liquor-starved neurons at the pub with a Pint of Science!
