Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (offered for selected events). Contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts for a full refund. No documentation is required.

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are available for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before you arrive at the event.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available: 350 spaces at the Schießgasse car park and 250 spaces at the Frauenkirche/Neumarkt underground car park.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my companion or support worker?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion ticket. After purchasing your own ticket, send us your supporting documentation. Once approved, you'll receive a voucher to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at the entrance.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

No, there is no accessible access. The ballroom can only be reached via a fixed staircase.

How do I get to the venue?

Kurländer Palais is located at Tzschirnerplatz 3-5, 01067 Dresden, around 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out this form if you need to bring a service animal.
