What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Premium, Parterre, and Tribunes.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket, and how do I request a refund?
With the Flexible Cancellation Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the event, by contacting us up to 48 hours before it starts. No documentation is needed to claim your refund, simply get in touch with us.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
The experience takes place at The Grand Auditorium, Irish College Leuven, Janseniusstraat 1, 3000 Leuven.
Is food or drink served?
No, no food is served. No drinks are served either.
Is parking available?
There is no free parking at Irish College Leuven. A paid public car park is available a 10-minute walk away: Q-Park Heilig Hart, Naamsestraat 102, 3000 Leuven.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Does this venue have accessibility for people with disabilities?
The "Premium" and "Parterre" categories are wheelchair accessible. The "Tribune" category is not accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will always notify you in advance by email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. In case of a late arrival, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be admitted to the hall.
