Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form.

The experience takes place at H16 - Eventpalast Leipzig in the Kuppelsaal (Puschstraße 10, 04103 Leipzig).

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you'll be refused entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets at no extra cost to any other Fever account. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us through Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.

Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
