The tea hall in Hotel Maximilian’s in Augsburg was originally built as a palm garden in the early 20th century and later renamed 'tea hall' during the Weimar Republic when afternoon tea was regularly served there. The room is particularly known for its impressive glass dome.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email. There's nothing to print — just show your Fever ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Alternatively, check your ticket under “Tickets” in the Fever app for a “Change date/time” button, if enabled. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, quoting your order number.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available at the venue. They can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Is there a ticket for my companion/support person?
Yes. Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with proof of your support needs, and we'll send you a voucher to get the free companion ticket in the app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
The experience takes place at Teehalle im Hotel Maximilians, Maximilianstraße 40, 86150 Augsburg. From Augsburg's main train station, walk straight along Halderstraße to Königsplatz, then turn right onto Maximilianstraße — the hotel is a few minutes' walk on the left.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be allowed in.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the different ticket types?
The theatre is divided into zones A, B, C, D, Umgriff 1 and Umgriff 2, based on view quality. Seats within your zone are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to your ticket type.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
