What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you take your place on the jury. You’ll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
What are the different ticket types available?
For this venue, we offer Zone A (closest to the stage), Zone B, Zone C, and Zone D.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Seating is not numbered. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. We recommend arriving early to secure seats together.
Are there any age requirements?
Yes, this event is for ages 12+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How does voting work?
To vote, scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically. If not, download Google Lens or a QR scanner app. Our staff will assist you if needed.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final curtain and without flash.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
Check the venue for bar availability.
Can I leave the room during the show?
For the respect of the artists and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (App Store or Google Play). Also in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You just need to show your Fever ticket in the app or by email when you arrive.
Are refunds or date changes allowed?
Refunds are not allowed except in cases required by law. Date changes are possible up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge by clicking "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
