Experience the hip-hop of the 90s in a whole new way at a Candlelight concert in Westchester County. At St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Mt Kisco, surrounded by the glow of candles, a string quartet performs the decade's hip-hop classics arranged for strings, in a 60-minute live concert.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (fine visibility, with views that may be obstructed).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or at feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free pass for a carer. You must already have a valid ticket before applying. Contact Fever for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Go to the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and log in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to request one. Refunds are not allowed, unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket (see below). See the terms and conditions for details.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket that has been transferred can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I choose an exchange, when will I receive my new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately, and you can use it for the same experience.

Mt Kisco train station is one block away. If you're driving, a parking lot is available.

No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed either.

No, except for service animals.

Only during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No, except in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert so you can be seated in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated: late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather prevents the event from taking place?
If the weather affects your experience, for example with a change of location or a postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and the venue will try to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost: tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All candles are flameless for the safety of attendees.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of the event, and are tied to that specific Candlelight event date and location. Candle add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable, and all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
