We created La Cheese Experience just for you: a wild and immersive journey to taste and discover cheese like never before.

By the way, we’re Gérard Petit (one of France’s Meilleurs Ouvriers de France 🇫🇷) and me, Fabrice, a wildly passionate cheesemonger for over 10 years, “known” on social media and in bookstores as Le Cheese Geek 🧀🤓

We gave this a lot of thought and chose to have you (re)discover classic AOP cheeses, but in their deluxe version: the very best gems from our cheese discoveries!



Oh, and because we love surprising you, there’s one totally improbable (and possibly forbidden 🤫) cheese straight from Sardinia!
You’ll enjoy 120g of cheese — the perfect amount for a great apéritif or a light meal!

🍷 And yes… we love wine too.
So for perfect pairings, we selected a red wine: a delicately fruity Côte de Brouilly by Robert Perroud.
And for white wine (those in the know won’t miss this), we went all out with a Montagny Premier Cru by André Goichot — simply enchanting with our final cheeses…

🧃 As for juice, we went straight for the best.
I hosted tastings in Paris for 6 years, and one juice always stole the show: Alain Milliat’s unsweetened white Chardonnay grape juice. Absolutely mind-blowing, as the kids say.

🥖 Almost forgot: we also serve Crostini di Milano
For us, it’s the ultimate match to enjoy cheese without overpowering it!

La Cheese Experience is a 350 m² immersive journey across 9 rooms, where cheeses literally tell you their life stories over one hour.
Meet Master Comté the wise elder, Blue Roquefort the rock star, or Brother Munster the party-loving monk. My “Cheesiz” friends share their origins, production secrets, personal stories, and even their moods…
And you don’t just listen — you taste them!
I’m Fabrice (hi, my little goat!) and I wrote everything myself. And honestly… even after 13,783 listens, I still laugh every time I hear the voiceovers.
Yes, I know — laughing at your own jokes isn’t classy. And saying it out loud is even worse…

Oh, and one last thing: we designed La Cheese Experience for everyone! And just because there are cute characters doesn’t mean it’s only for kids — trust us!!!
