What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets available for the Gallery (rows 1 and 2) as well as for Zone A, B, C and D. A welcome drink is included with every ticket type.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the Flexible Refund ticket. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Cavallo Königliche Reithalle (Dragonerstraße 34, 30163 Hannover).
How do I get to the venue?
The Reithalle is easy to reach by car and by public transport (stop: Dragonerstraße).
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks are available on site. A welcome drink is included in the ticket price.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us in advance if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of Gallery 1 and 2.
Is there a car park?
Yes. Parking is available on site.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and no admission is possible once the concert has begun. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
