What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for the Front Row as well as for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the entire concert are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is required for this), contact us and send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you book the free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Regular tickets are non-refundable.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the concert.
By when can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You'll get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the concert starts. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it is non-refundable.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to have your ticket refunded.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Johanniskirche (Johannisbergstraße 1, 39104 Magdeburg).
How do I get to the venue?
From the main train station, it's about a 500 m walk to the City Carré stop. From there, line 4 (Cracau, Pechauer Platz) goes to the Alter Markt stop. From there, it's about a 400 m walk to the Johanniskirche.
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drinks are sold at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible. Wheelchair spaces are located in Zone C.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for visitors at the Johanniskirche.
Is there an interval? Can I still get in after it starts?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; entry is not possible once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
