Chamber at The Arts House in Singapore is a unique and intimate performance venue that showcases a diverse range of music, theatre, and dance performances. The venue is known for its exceptional acoustics and historic architecture, with a capacity of up to 200 people. It is has become a hub for Singapore's arts and culture scene.

    There is no car park at the venue. The nearest car park is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), a 4-minute walk from The Arts House. There is no covered walkway between the car park and the venue.

  • Accessibility

    Only Zone A can be accessed by wheelchair users who can transfer to a seat; non-transferable wheelchair users cannot access it due to tight spaces. Zones B, C and D are reached via stairs and are not wheelchair accessible. There is no lift to Zones B and C, which are on level 3.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A; Zone B, with the same visibility as Zone C but on cushioned benches; Zone C, with the same visibility as Zone B but on bar stools; and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

No, food is not served.

Is there a dress code?
Dress as comfortably as you need to enjoy the show! The hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed picture before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your picture, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, and you can also find it in the Fever app. Please have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue before your picture is taken.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
