Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you have questions, contact us with your ticket ID.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before, and the concert starts on time.

It's an indoor experience with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.

Yes, small snacks and drinks are available. Coats and jackets can be left at the on-site coat check.

Yes. The Casino parking garage charges €1 per half hour from 6am to 6pm, and €4 per started hour from 6pm to 6am. Concert guests get a special rate: €1 per hour from 11am to 6pm, €2 per hour from 6pm onward, with a daily maximum of €6 (a discount is available at reception).

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There are wheelchair spots, but please note the ballroom itself isn't fully step-free throughout. Please email us in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything for your visit.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you've bought your own ticket, please send us appropriate supporting documentation; we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be admitted to the show.

No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
