What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones depending on the visibility desired. For this venue we have zones A, B, and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Attendees who need assistance during the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal or support assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before requesting one), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All attendees must be 8 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located 15 minutes from downtown Pachuca, with several public and private transportation alternatives. Take precautions due to the traffic congestion in the area.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Does this venue have access for people with disabilities?
The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.

The venue has its own parking, limited and with an additional cost.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. We recommend arriving early so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start at the scheduled time and, once it begins, no entry will be allowed.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost: just click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on App Store and Google Play), by logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
