What are the different ticket types available?
We have different zones depending on the visibility you prefer. For this venue we offer Zones A, B, and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their companion or caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; please contact us indicating your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please check our terms and conditions.
What is the duration of the concert?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and you will not be able to enter once the concert has started.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located 15 minutes from downtown Pachuca; there are several public and private transport options. Please take precautions, as the area tends to experience heavy traffic.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to accommodate you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us indicating your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the whole building is designed to be accessible for wheelchair or crutch users.
