Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Strefa A. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

The event takes place in Warsaw, at the BARdzo Bardzo club, ul. Nowogrodzka 11.
How can I get to the venue?
BARdzo Bardzo is at ul. Nowogrodzka 11 in the centre of Warsaw. Metro: the nearest station is Centrum (M1). Trams: Krucza stop (lines including 7, 9, 22, 24, 25). Buses: lines including 117, 127, 128, 131, 175, 507, 517, 519, 521 run along Aleje Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska. Car: paid parking zone, spaces on Nowogrodzka.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 60 minutes before the show starts. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start.
Is parking available at the venue?
There are no private parking spaces at this site. A few on-street spaces are available, but we recommend using public transport.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Taking photos without flash during the show is allowed, but filming is not. For the best experience for you and the other guests, we recommend taking photos only at the end, during the artists' bow.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs. If you are accompanied by an assistance dog, please contact us, quoting your ticket order number (Ticket ID) and entering "Bringing an assistance dog" as the subject of your message.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility and suitable for wheelchairs.
Are there toilets at the venue?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please contact the staff on site.
Are strobe lights used during the show?
No, strobe lights are not used in this show.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. In the Fever app, click "Transfer Ticket". If you run into any problems, contact us, quoting your order number (Ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket will be verified contactlessly in the Fever app. Printing your ticket is not necessary.
Can I enter after the show has started?
No, entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please arrive on time.
