Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Front Row), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), Zone D (Fair Visibility) and Zone E (Lower Visibility).
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

St George's Hall, St George's Pl, Liverpool L1 1JJ, United Kingdom.
How do I get to the venue?
St George's Hall is a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Use of public transport is encouraged, but there are also car parks nearby.
Is parking available?
There is no onsite parking available for guests, but there are several car parks close to St George's Hall, including Lime Street Station Long Stay (Lord Nelson Street, L3 5QB), St John's Shopping Centre (St George's Place, L1 1LQ) and Queen Square (Whitechapel, L1 1RH).
Is food or drink available?
There will be no food available for purchase, but there will be a fully stocked bar for refreshments.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, but only in Zone E. Please contact us to arrange this.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. We'll then provide you with a voucher code you can use to purchase your free carer ticket, which must be shown together with your ticket at entry and purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This optional package offers a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture, and photos can also be purchased at the venue (card only) if not sold out.
