🍔 A late brunch where every bite adds up Mendrugo is a craft beer tamproom brewed with reclaimed day-old stale bread, committed to circular economy and sustainability through dining experiences that make the most of food and generate positive social impact. On Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, enjoy a unique brunch that combines flavor, awareness and community. Our circular plates are made with reclaimed ingredients, such as our craft beer made with stale bread that has not been sold during the day. In addition to enjoying a delicious menu, you will be supporting a job placement program that promotes real social change.
