What a lovely evening. The venue was quaint, with a lovely small theatre in downtown. The talent was friendly and interactive, which was a lot of fun. Only complaint started a bit late and the venue was a bit over booked.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What if I have a Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers great visibility, Zone B good visibility, Zone C nice visibility, and Zone D okay visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
How long does the experience last?
This show runs for around 45 minutes.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
It takes place indoors, at the Lincoln Theatre.
Is food or drink available?
No. No food or beverages are available for purchase, and outside food or drink is not allowed in the theater either.
Is parking available?
Free parking is located along the Skagit River, both north and south of the Skagit Riverwalk Park, accessible one block west of the Lincoln Theatre on Kincaid Street. Street parking is also generally available evenings and weekends. There's a bike rack right outside on First Street, and you can also take the bus or train to Mount Vernon via Skagit Station and walk a few short blocks downtown to the theatre.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up. All sales are final.
